Expectant mothers and those in the post-pregnancy phase are also welcome.
Your instructor, Serap Erbas, boasts a master-level certification in Pilates from the internationally renowned BASI Pilates school. Additionally, she holds an advanced level in Yoga, a mastery in Reiki, and certifications in breath techniques, meditation, and lower back pain management.
