What is Garuda Dhara?
Dhara means cosmic flow of energy that gives us our feeling of centeredness, allowing us to keep our sense of movements within us and around us. The class is blended with Yoga, Pilates and Qi-Gong for a chair based full body work out.
This event for anyone. Exercises designed for people who suffer from injuries to their back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee issues or has difficulty standing long periods of time or lying down. Suitable for expectant mothers and mothers post-pregnancy. All you need is a small amount of space, chair and YOU!
The instructor Serap Erbas has a master level in Pilates from an internationally recognised school BASI Pilates and Advance level in Yoga, Master in Reiki as well as has certificates in Breath technique, meditation and Lower back pain specialist.
