These components work in harmony to bestow serenity upon the mind and body, setting the stage for deeper spiritual pursuits such as meditation.

Our instructor, Serap Erbas, holds a master-level certification in Pilates from the prestigious BASI Pilates school. Additionally, she possesses an advanced level in Yoga, a mastery in Reiki, and certifications in breath techniques, meditation, and lower back pain management. Serap established her Equipment Pilates studio three years ago, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Bayswater station. Our sessions commence with invigorating breathing exercises and warm-ups, gradually transitioning into the practice of yoga postures. This progressive approach allows us to address a variety of physical challenges. We conclude each session with a guided meditation, harmonizing the body, mind, and soul.
