Meet the manuscripts: the medieval book over 700 years

A chance to join a curator from the Bodleian Libraries to encounter some of the Libraries’ unique treasures, and to explore the development of the medieval book from the age of Charlemagne to the courts and cities of Renaissance Europe. The session will feature a work by Peter Meghen at age 71 that may have been owned by King Henry VIII.
