ChangeX Green Plan has a task to collect a minimum of 70 cans of food.
As we are heading back to help out at Portsmouth Foodbank, I think it will be the perfect place to drop them off.
The foodbank have asked if tinned custard and rice pudding could be a priority but anything from canned vegetables, fruit, soup and meats/veggie (chilli, curry etc) will also be greatly appreciated.
If you can bring any donations to our pre-group run meet up at Fratton Community Centre that will be great, or if you are heading straight to the task then we can meet there. If you’re unable to attend on the 20th then feel free to throw (gently!) tins at me beforehand.
