Falls Prevention Exercise Class for anyone who has fallen or just feels a bit off balance. Specific exercises used to improve Muscle strength, Balance, Flexibility, Co-ordination and Confidence using a chair and run by a level 4 Exercise Specialist.

You just need a chair and a resistance band
