Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Chair yoga improves flexibility, concentration and strength, reduces stress and joint strain.

Pay and play badminton session specifically for our more senior customers in a safe, fun and friendly environment. There is no instructor so just come along and play with and against some like-minded people.  Wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Walking Cricket Wed 1200

Slower-paced version of the sport for participants who enjoy the social side of sport as much as playing. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and wellbeing and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just have fun. 

Senior Session Wed 1500

Multi-sport activity session for our older customers to be active in a friendly and sociable environment. There will be a variety of activities available with all equipment provided Please contact the centre if you require more information.
