Badminton Senior Mon 1100

Pay and play badminton session specifically for our more senior customers in a safe, fun and friendly environment. There is no instructor so just come along and play with and against some like-minded people.  Wear suitable clothing and footwear. 

Table Tennis Snr Mon 1100

A sociable turn up and play table tennis session that’s perfect for more senior players of all abilities. Wear suitable clothing, all equipment is provided but if you have your own bat please bring it with you.

Chair Yoga Mon 11:00

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Chair yoga improves flexibility, concentration and strength, reduces stress and joint strain.
