Walking Cricket

Slower-paced version of the sport for participants who enjoy the social side of sport as much as playing. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and wellbeing and you don’t need brilliant cricket skills to join in, just have fun. 

Badminton Senior

Pay and play badminton session specifically for our more senior customers in a safe, fun and friendly environment. There is no instructor so just come along and play with and against some like-minded people.  Wear suitable clothing and footwear. 

Senior Circuits

Specifically designed with low impact moves, achieve a full body workout, involving both cardiovascular and resistance exercises to motivating music to get you real results.

New Age Kurling

Inclusive New Age Kurling is much like the sport seen at the Winter Olympics but adapted to play indoors – a game of skill, touch, flair and thought. The sport can be played from a seated position so is accessible to all!
