Tennis Senior Mon 1000

A turn up and play tennis session that’s perfect for older players of all abilities. Wear suitable clothing and footwear, all equipment is provided but if you have your own racket, please bring it with you..

Seated Kurling 4-5.30pm

Multi-sport activity session for our older customers to be active in a friendly and sociable environment. There will be a variety of activities available with all equipment provided Please contact the centre if you require more information.
