U3a Table Tennis Fri 1400

U3A Members only. A sociable turn up and play table tennis session that`s perfect for more senior players of all abilities. Wear suitable clothing, all equipment is provided but if you have your own bat please bring it with you.

Forever Fit Fri 10:30

A fun, low intensity, low impact session for older adults who want to work their heart, muscles and increase flexibility, all in one easy to follow class. These sessions vary centre to centre and may include badminton and other activities.
