Join us for an afternoon of fun and learn more about groups, support and activities available to you in your area.
We will have our Golden Oldies Disco in the main hall, refreshments and stallholders in the smaller hall and workshops on Nutrition, Mindfulness, Crafts, IT Support including avoiding scams and home security.
We will have the Rural Wellbeing Information Bus visiting us on the day as well, which has information about wellbeing and support groups in the whole of Northamptonshire.
Our Good Neighbour Volunteers will serve complimentary tea/coffee and cakes throughout the afternoon.
