Ageing well

A community event for older people to celebrate Silver Sunday.
In partnership with Bexley council we invite older people and those that support them to join us for a day full of fun, entertainment and information.
During the day we will have performances, fitness activities, Games and more.
We will be joined by local providers giving information on how you can get support across the borough.
