BREATHE AND RELAX : Mind & Meditation Workshop

This 1 hour workshop is an introduction to the Art Of Living’s HAPPINESS PROGRAMME
The session includes:

Gentle stretching ( in seated position )

Insights into the nature of Mind

Relaxation through the Breath

A Guided Meditation

There is no need for Yoga mats. Chairs and cushions will be available for comfort.

Participants can take home simple techniques to incorporate into their daily life.
