Join our residents, staff and their families at Romford Care Home for Silver Sunday this year! It’s an annual day of fun and free activities for older people across the UK led by the Sir Simon Milton Foundation.
The day celebrates the value and knowledge older people contribute to our communities, whilst helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
RCH Care Homes are delighted to be supporting this worthwhile campaign with a celebratory event being held in each of our care homes. As you can imagine, we’re very excited to see both our existing friends and to make new friends on the day.
We have a Cockney themed day planned with local delicacies, as well as entertainment with Pearly Queen singers, as well as games and crafts activities to match the theme. We’ll be getting residents, staff and visitors involved!
