ENB’s Dance for Health programme offers individuals aged 55+ an inspiring opportunity to develop their dance practice in an inclusive, friendly environment promoting artistry, well-being, and strength.
Join English National Ballet in partnership with East London Dance to celebrate Silver Sunday, taking place on Friday 29 September 2023. Take part in an exciting dance workshop for over 55s with the Leap of Faith dancers, where you can try something new and make new friends. Leap of Faith is an older adults’ dance group that meets weekly, and has worked with a range of top choreographers and performed at fantastic venues across London.
This year we will be holding an open creative dance workshop, exploring both Contemporary and Ballet techniques at English National Ballet’s world class studios, Mulryan Centre for Dance, near Canning Town.
