Bluebird Care Westminster & City Of London is holding a Silver Sunday and British Food Fortnight community Food And Drink Open Day event to celebrate National Old People’s Day at Eccleston Yards, SW1. There will be an old fashioned fete theme to the day with stalls, activity with focus on nutrition and health and plenty of food and drink.
The event will run from 12 – 5pm and is an opportunity for the often overlooked older and vulnerable community to come to enjoy and taste chef demonstrations with Love British Food ambassador Oli Blanc, at Wild By Tart. We have prepared recipe cards of easy to make dishes and nutritionist Lucy Williamson will be giving advice on nutrition and answering Q and A.
