Club Programme
The BETTER Club Programme is a set of activities for people aged 60+. Everything is done in a low impact and fun capacity. The schedule is below:
8.30am – 11.30am – Sports Hall – Drop in Badminton, Table Tennis & Short Tennis
9am – 10am – Exercise class ‘Aerobics’. You’ll perform a range of cardio moves, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our friendly, motivational instructors
10am – 11.30am – Swim Session
Tea & Coffee provided as well after all activities
