Full of Life Fair

Over 1,200 residents and carers attended the Full of Life Fair in 2018, Richmond upon Thames’ annual flagship event for residents aged over 55.

The day-long event will have around 80 stalls including health care and support, culture and activities, finance and public services. Attendees will also have the chance to try out a number of activities including fitness, dance and sport demonstrations. There will also be a programme of talk sessions as well as live music and dance performances on the day.

It is a great opportunity to get information, advice and to meet new people and organisations within the borough. you will have the chance to provide feedback on local services and speak to Adult Social Services staff directly about key services. A new addition to this years fair is the relaxation room, where you can take a moments rest from the main activities with guided meditation sessions.

If you would like to have the free lunch, select the ‘General Admission + lunch’ option when registering. There will be two lunch sittings on the day, the first from 12-1pm and second from 1.30-2.30pm. Please note that spaces are very limited and tickets are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Visitors without a lunch pass will not be permitted entry to the dining room. The free lunch is reserved for Richmond upon Thames residents only.

All visitors can enjoy refreshments at the free, all-day cafe.

Shuttle buses will run every 15 minutes between Twickenham Station (leaving from The Exchange, opposite the station) and RFU Stadium from 9.30am to 4.15pm. For more information on bus routes or parking at the venue, please visit www.richmond.gov.uk/full_of_life
