Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles like an umbrella cover all styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
The instructor Serap Erbas has a master level in Pilates from an internationally recognised school BASI Pilates and Advance level in Yoga, Master in Reiki as well as has certificates in Breath technique, meditation and Lower back pain specialist. We start with breathing exercise and warm-ups, gradually moving into yoga postures, allowing us to work on varies challenges and finish with a guided meditation to balance body, mind and soul.
