We are celebrating Silver Sunday on Friday 6th October to spread the fun.
Join us for Tea/Coffee with pastries with a chance to talk to faces new and familiar, make friends and opportunity to learn about what is going on in SW1 in particular. We usually meet in the Hinsley Room, Morpeth Terrace (off Francis Street and Ashley Place/Victoria Street).
If you are an early riser, you are welcome to join our “Just Move” a gentle exercise designed to maintain flexibility and stability from 9.30 to 10.30.
We run on donations and voluntary effort and ask for voluntary donations but don’t let that put you off joining us if you are unable to afford any donation.
