Join us on Sunday 1st October between 9am-12pm for a range of free activities, facilities are available at the following times:
9am-10am – Swimming “Just Swim Older Adults”
9am-12pm – Racket Sports including Badminton, Squash & Short Tennis
9am-12pm – Personal Training taster sessions
If you currently enjoy being active or are thinking about getting active we would love to see you on the day, pre-booking is essential.
