**Welcome to GoodGym Coventry!**
We’re a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet regularly to get active and do a physical task to help the charities, community organisations and projects in our area.
**The Task:**
We will be getting our paintbrushes out, freshening up the paintwork at Coventry Boys and Girls Club. Tonight we will be doing the first coat and leaving to dry then returning the following Tuesday to complete the job with a second coat.
Please make sure you bring clothing that you don’t mind getting paint splodged and your running gear so that we can go for a run afterwards if we have time.
**The Run/walk:**
GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities and it is often possible to walk to the task if you would prefer. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind – we’re about achieving something together so you’ll always be welcome no matter what your pace is. There is also the option to meet us closer to the start of the task if you prefer.
As this task is also the meeting place we shall be getting the painting done first, hopefully there will be time for a short run or fitness session afterwards.
**Where to meet**
Coventry Boys and Girls Club in Whitefriars Street – there is free on-street parking right outside but if you are able to we would encourage you to walk, run or cycle to the meeting point. There is cycle parking nearby.
