Silver Spring in Ellington Park

Join us for Silver Spring – known as “Silver Sunday’s little brother” – at the Ellington Park May Fayre, for an afternoon of dancing (FitSteps and line-dancing), chair-based exercises, and laughing yoga. We will also be on hand with an information stall, showcasing age-friendly and inclusive volunteering opportunities in Thanet, as well as support services offered by the Thanet community.
