Pickleball Drop In Session 1-4pm
Zumba Gold 1-1.30pm (able to pre-book via reception or on our website).
Tea & Coffee 1.30-5pm – With our Health & Wellbeing Coordinator.
Also
Join our Forever Active Mornings Mondays & Thursdays between 9am – 12pm. The cost is £4.25.
The sessions include the following activities:
Badminton
Swimming
Use of the Sauna & Steam Room
Use of the Gym (additional £2.50)
Sessions are available for those aged 50+
