Join us for a free one-hour Silver Swans® adult ballet class (with a Silver Swans® Licensee), followed by a chat and refreshments. Silver Swans® classes are gentle ballet classes that have been specifically designed for the over 55s.
The class is open to anyone (male or female) – no previous dance experience necessary.
Specialist dancewear is not required for this class.
