Join us on Sunday 1 October for Silver Sunday, featuring free dance classes for older learners.
Silver Swans Ballet Class | 10:00 – 10:45 or 11:00 – 11:45 or 13:30 – 14:15
These classes are specially designed for older learners and will help improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels. Most importantly, you’ll have fun and enjoy the sense of wellbeing that dance brings.
Move to the Musicals | 10:00 – 10:45 or 11:00 – 11:45
Improve posture and balance through a variety of exercises and movement sequences inspired by musical theatre and jazz dance.

Join us in the RAD Library for an exciting view of our archive materials featuring dance shoes worn by RAD VIce President Wayne Sleep, OBE. Tea, coffee and light snacks will also be available during this time.

*Please note that you may take part in one or both classes. By taking part in a class you will automatically have a seat at the Q&A with Wayne Sleep OBE. Please register your attendance in advance in order to secure your space as spaces are strictly available on a first come first served basis.

- Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
- Please bring a bottle of water with you to keep hydrated.
We are running two events, one at RAD headquarters in London and another in Northampton, offering ballet, musical theatre and tap classes.
