Silver Swans ballet class | 10:00 – 11:15
These classes are specially designed for older learners and will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels. Most importantly, you’ll have fun and enjoy the sense of wellbeing that dance brings.
Walking Maypole | 11:45 – 13:00
A fun session taking you back to your school days of dancing around the maypole, but at a more leisurely pace!
Tap with Maurice! | 13:30 – 14:45
Join Maurice Kachuk for a light hearted lesson guaranteed to get your toes tapping.
Afternoon tea | 15:15
If you have danced in one of our Silver Sunday sessions, join us for afternoon tea with RAD teachers from across the region.
Open to over 60s. Free – including the afternoon tea.

- You do not need any previous experience in order to take part.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
- Please bring a bottle of water with you to keep hydrated.
