Sing-along Sunday, Chilton Meadows Bupa Care Home

Join us for a sing-along this Silver Sunday.

There’ll be afternoon tea, plenty of cake and a selection of hot and cold drinks for everyone to enjoy.

Everyone is welcome to join us from 2pm – 4pm.
