Each week we deliver this incredible class in the community helping to improve mental health and wellbeing. We aim to tackle mobility issues, improve muscle memory and movement, decrease challenging behaviour in dementia, banish loneliness and have a jolly good time!
Weds 12.15-1.30pm session and chill and chat after.
