Tai Chi – a class focused on slow controlled movements focusing on posture and mindful movement. 2pm to 3pm
Before your session you can also enjoy a cup of tea and a friendly chat at our Social Tea at 1.30pm.
Open to Westminster residents aged 65+. Gym clothing must be worn for the sessions and please bring a bottle of water.
