The patients group at the Tower Hill Partnership have plans to hold fortnightly sessions in the group meeting room.
Patients and their carers/family members will be able to socialise over refreshments with games, whiteboard cinema afternoons and a variety of events guided by the needs of the group. Staff from the practice will offer advice including medication reviews and healthy eating sessions and a range of speakers will be invited to offer relevant information. A local choir has agreed to provide entertainment on some dates and we are hoping that this will develop into an enjoyable long term patient led activity with the support of the staff.
