Virtual NCL Art Exhibition

“Re-use what you have, make art that you love, and discover the joy of upcycling !”
This is the second virtual art Exhibition for North Central London Care homes to celebrate two annual events:

Home

I had also asked for entries to include art Work created by the residents for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee which had even more poignancy since the sad passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The theme was the ‘The Joy of Upcycling” and exploring the concept of sustainability. We can create crafts from such a range of materials including waste materials that are; kind to the planet, don’t cost much and look incredible.
NAPA also introduced a Field of Flowers initiative on social media, by sharing images of flowers in the week before Arts in Care Homes and there are many floral designs in the gallery. I would like to thank all the residents who participated in the exhibition from the whole of NCL:Barnet,Haringey,Camden,Islington and Enfield.

The gallery was expertly curated by Nathan Cole from Proud to Care. If you hover over each picture / Click the image and you should be able to see the name of the care home and also the number of the pic Example: Green Lanes 4.
The Proud To care Home Page has the Flyer that asked Care Homes to prepare their entries:
