Forever Active sessions run Mondays & Thursdays between 9am – 12pm. The cost is £4.25.
The sessions include the following activities:
Badminton
Swimming
Use of the Sauna & Steam Room
Use of the Gym (additional £2.50)
Sessions are available for those aged 50+
