Join us for a FREE event focused on enhancing joint mobility, building muscle strength, and embracing the principles of Joseph Pilates’ legacy. Each exercise will guide you on a lifelong journey to embody the core principles of the Pilates Method, often referred to as the A-B-C’s of Pilates: Alignment, Breathing, Control, Centring, Co-ordination, Precision, Flow, and Harmony.
This event is open to everyone. Our exercises are thoughtfully designed to accommodate individuals dealing with a range of issues, including back, neck, shoulder, hip, or knee injuries, and more.
Our instructor, Serap Erbas, holds a master’s level certification in Pilates from the internationally recognized school, BASI Pilates, as well as an advanced level in Yoga and mastery in Reiki. She also holds certificates in breath techniques, meditation, and specializes in lower back pain management. Serap established the Equipment Pilates studio three years ago, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Bayswater station. The event will be hosted at the Pilates4you Studio, with each session lasting approximately one hour. Mats are provided in the studio, so all you need to do is attend the class at the scheduled time.
