Our regular Age Well creative group runs every Friday; join us for a ‘Silver Sunday’ open event 11-1pm on Friday 30th September to meet our team, view the exhibition created by our participants, find out more about our regular arts for mental health and wellbeing groups and meet some existing Age Well members. The cafe will be open for tea/coffee, cakes and light refreshments where you can chat to our volunteers and even join in with a creative activity yourself.
