This is a FREE ‘LIVE’ YOUTUBE TAI CHI SESSION
It’s gentle, low impact exercise for approx 40mins that you can join in and follow along. Using Tai Chi and QiGong movements we will exercise our body, create our own Tai Chi Flow and hopefully have a bit of fun too!
Hosted by me : Daphne Richardson (Freshfield Fitness TAI CHI ACTIVE INSTRUCTOR) and together with my lovely mum – we will show you these slow and controlled movements that you can follow at home. Great introduction to Tai Chi if you’ve never tried it. Great practice for those who have experience of Tai Chi.
