Visions, Values and Victories – 1 hour walk within the City of London

Join City of London Guides for a free 1 hour guided walk.

Inspired by the London Marathon, taking place on the same day, the walk theme is Visions, Values and Victories .

Walk with us through centuries of history, starting in the shadow of Wren’s masterpiece, St Paul’s Cathedral. Discover memorials to everyday heroes, and stories of martyrs and rebels. Find out how a 12th Century courtier’s vision led to London’s oldest hospital.  See a surprising statue of Justice.

Walks will depart every 30 minutes from 10.00am. Last walk leaves 3pm.

Start – St Paul’s Underground Station, Exit 2, (near Co-op), Finish – Old Bailey.

Please note: this 1 hour walking tour is wheelchair accessible, and includes approximately 1 km of walking (total) with frequent stops. Seating is available at some of the stops. Walks will run, rain or shine.

Limited places per tour – book now on Eventbrite – or turn up to find out when there are places available.
